Commissioning Management Consultancy & Advisory
With Buildings becoming more complex, smooth transitions into Building Operations don't just happen, they require careful planning and collaboration with the delivery team and the operations teams.
Our recent project experience, includes delivery of Buildings using the Soft Landings frameworks and provides a comprehensive road-map for the review of Contractor documentation and preparing project specific Commissioning Plans.
We can advise on witness tests of individual systems and complex integrated systems testing in readiness for the final Building Readiness testing. The Mono Company will ensure a successful project hand over.
